IMPORTANT RULES & ENQUIRY POLICY

Application Requirements When joining any Nexus Networks Discord servers, you must complete your application fully and accurately as described. All applications are reviewed manually and will be verified against our records to ensure only eligible members gain access.
Chain of Command You are not permitted to join with the sole intention of contacting the Chief Executive Officer directly. All enquiries, requests, or concerns must be submitted through our official Customer Service and Case Management system first. Bypassing the chain of command or attempting to contact the Chief Executive Officer without following the correct process will result in a PERMANENT BAN from all Nexus Discord servers, with no right of appeal.
Enquiry Handling All enquiries from members of the public will only be dealt with by the Elite Manager, who acts on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and holds the authority to issue the same directions and decisions as the Chief Executive Officer. Once the Elite Manager has made a decision, it is final and fully supported by the Chief Executive Officer. The Elite Manager reports directly only to the Chief Executive Officer or paid senior members of staff.
